New Year’s Resolutions

As you can see it’s January 20 and I’m getting around to posting a New Year’s resolution. You can probably guess that I’m Not a big fan of New Year’s resolutions. Heck, why should are calibrations and affirming our goals arise simply because the earth justt ended one trip around the sun?!

That said, any excuse to get direction and focus back is a good thing.

I was looking through my blog posts and the last one posted was on May 19, 2019. That was 246 days ago. By my calculation the earth had made it only 2/3 of the way around the sun since I last posted. Doesn’t seem that long, right? OK, maybe it was long.

Anyway, my resolution is to post more regularly. I think that’s achievable (Lets skip the part of goal setting that says you need to stretch yourself. I work at my own pace).

The challenge is identifying and writing about real subjects with lesson(s) to be taught. So here’s what I’m gonna do. Each day, no more than a week, I am going to identify something that happened in my life or that of a client that is a good story with a lesson. I’ll refrain from identifying the subjects of who I write about, except me.

So if you’re following me you can get an idea of realities happening in my life vs things I feel like teaching at the moment. That should be more fun. And if you haven’t heard from me in awhile I authorize you to pull my chain and remind me!

So here goes, and a happy 2019!. Hmmm..2020? Time flies!
